Key Responsibilities:
• Document the current-state organisation and roles
• Conduct thorough organisational design analysis
• Build the Organisational RACI Matrix for content lifecycle




• Define the target knowledge management operating model
• Produce role profiles and resourcing requirements

Requirements:
• 8+ years in organisational design or consulting
• Proven experience with organisational deliverables
• Strong stakeholder engagement at executive levels
• Ability to work in part-time, focused engagements
• Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance
