Your role includes ensuring adherence to CSA regulations as the CIRO Supervisor, managing client onboarding, sales practices, and AML compliance. You will also provide leadership and develop strategies to enhance supervisory efficiency and a culture of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Tier I regulatory supervision for Private Banking and CPIC
• Oversee client onboarding and KYC assessments
• Ensure compliance with AML and regulatory obligations
• Lead audit readiness and coordinate internal examinations
• Serve as regulatory advisor to Private Wealth teams
Requirements:
• CIRO-ID Supervisor accreditation required
