Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program planning and budget processes
• Manage dependencies and risks at the program level
• Produce monthly reports for management




• Facilitate team retrospectives to capture lessons learned
• Lead the recruitment and development of Project Managers

Requirements:
• 10 years of project management experience
• 3-5 years in program management roles
• Fluency in English and French (written and oral)
• Proficiency with Google suite and Jira
• Experience in digital environments and AI tool integration
