Itape is seeking a Maintenance Manager/Superintendent to lead the Maintenance Department, oversee the work order system, and supervise daily maintenance activities at the manufacturing plant. You will coordinate with Maintenance & Engineering management and drive safety, reliability, and cost-effective repairs.
The role requires solid supervisory capabilities, a solid understanding of CMMS, and the ability to plan capital projects while maintaining equipment uptime.
