Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to site CI strategy and execute action plans
• Deploy CI training (5S, waste elimination) across shifts
• Coach teams on Visual Performance Management Systems
• Lead performance reviews of KPIs on a structured cadence
• Analyze operational data for improvement opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement
• Background in food manufacturing or equipment-driven environments
• Proficient with Statistical Process Control techniques
• Solid communication and collaboration abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
