The Salvation Army is seeking a Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations throughout the campaign. This role involves maximizing donations, managing volunteer efforts, and ensuring compliance with all Kettle procedures. You will prepare reports, troubleshoot issues, and participate actively in volunteer recruitment and training efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend training on Kettle Campaign & Salesforce
• Coordinate Kettle deliveries and volunteer schedules
• Record daily Kettle revenues in the online system




• Supervise and support Kettle Volunteers during shifts
• Submit timesheets and reports accurately and on time
Requirements:
• High school completion is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle lifting of 9 to 12 kgs (20 – 25 lbs)
