Job Description Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across Canada Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in Canada Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation Identify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systems Manage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for commercial, institutional, and residential projects Lead client and consultant interactions, ensuring project accountability and effective financial management Oversee post-contract cost variances, change control processes, and monthly cost report Qualifications 4-5 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate) A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.E. RICS, CIQS, AACEI). Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.E.
