Our client is seeking a dedicated Commercial Project Manager / Estimator to drive the success of commercial construction projects. You will identify opportunities through tenders and networking while preparing accurate estimates from project specifications. Your expertise will ensure projects meet quality, budget, and safety goals from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue project opportunities through tenders and referrals • Prepare detailed estimates based on project drawings and requirements • Obtain and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers • Manage projects from award to completion, achieving quality and budget goals • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project
Requirements: • Experience in commercial estimating and project management • Robust understanding of construction systems and designs • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and relevant software • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills • Valid Class 5 driver's license for site visits
