Key Responsibilities:
• Own operational management of strategic alliances portfolio
• Deliver against SLAs, addressing technical risks proactively
• Conduct in-depth investigations and root-cause analysis
• Drive technical initiatives with internal and merchant stakeholders
• Design high-scope, custom integration solutions
Requirements:
• 6+ years in a technical, external-facing role
• Proficient in RESTful APIs and technical inquiries
• Robust project management skills and autonomy
• Coding fluency in HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and Python
• Ability to troubleshoot using advanced tools
