This full-time role in Regina, Saskatchewan requires experienced professionals to facilitate workplace assessments, coaching, and diversity initiatives either virtually or on-site. Candidates should possess significant coaching experience and a solid educational background, preferably at a Master’s level. Travel is a key component of this position, emphasizing the need for flexibility and a vehicle where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide virtual and on-site coaching services
• Facilitate conflict resolution and team building activities
• Conduct workplace assessments and gender diversity initiatives
• Engage in executive coaching and sensitivity training
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance workplace culture
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of intervention or coaching experience
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Certification in mediation or executive coaching is beneficial
• Good understanding of corporate culture and structures
• Familiarity with EFAP/EAP programs preferred
