Breakthrough T1D seeks a detail-oriented qualified fluent in both English and French to support national fundraising programs. In this remote role, you will be the primary customer service representative, providing support and information to French-speaking constituents. Your responsibilities will include customer inquiries, participant engagement, and maintaining accurate records to enhance fundraising activities across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide bilingual customer service via phone, email, and online
• Conduct recruitment and engagement outreach for fundraising initiatives
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Distribute and monitor fundraising reports for regional teams
• Engage diverse stakeholders to promote Breakthrough T1D programs
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or fundraising support
• Strong communication skills in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM databases
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
