This specialist role collaborates with the Resuscitation Program Manager to enhance engagement with instructors and stakeholders. With a focus on program quality and regional implementation, you will utilize data and insights to monitor performance and drive improvements. Your efforts will ensure effective delivery and sustainability of our resuscitation programs throughout Ontario, Manitoba, and Nunavut.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain regional partnerships for program success
• Identify business development opportunities with stakeholders
• Serve as primary contact for assigned external partners
• Ensure adherence to resuscitation program standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize program effectiveness
Requirements:
• Degree in health science or related field
• Minimum 3 years in project management or relationship management
• Heart & Stroke Instructor certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Salesforce and data analysis
