P3 Realty is seeking an onsite Building Manager to strengthen tenant connections and oversee property maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring tenant issues are resolved promptly. You will engage daily with tenants and contractors, contributing to a positive atmosphere while facilitating enhancements and collecting payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build excellent relationships with tenants and maintain clear communication
• Conduct building inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards
• Address tenant issues quickly and document inquiries for the Property Manager
• Perform light maintenance tasks and coordinate larger issues
• Supervise tenant move-in and move-out processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a Resident or Building Manager role
• Proficient in basic computer skills; Yardi knowledge preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Capable of effective professional communication
