Shoppers Drug Mart is hiring a part-time Beauty Manager for its store at 12277 10th Line, Building A, in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. This role manages the Beauty department’s resources to maximize sales and meet targets.

Responsibilities

Set sales goals, track performance, coach staff in selling skills, and work toward sales and productivity targets.

Provide superior customer service, promote products and the PC Optimum program, and coordinate appointments and events.

Train, mentor, motivate, and support Beauty department staff, including contributing to performance appraisals.

Maintain cosmetic operating standards and schedule shifts to reflect peak hours.

Qualifications

Sales experience with a record of achieving sales goals and experience with cosmetics.

Experience leading a team and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-service orientation, sound judgment, and the ability to work with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager.

Employment: Part time, regular role.
