As a Personal Lines & MPI Service Team Member, you will assist clients with new business quotes, renewals, and mid-term changes. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide broad Personal Lines support across new business and service needs
• Carry and manage a medium book of Personal Lines renewals
• Complete quotes on the spot or within 24 hours
• Serve walk-in clients and assist with MPI services
• Collect claims information and follow up with customers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Level 1 General Insurance License required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
• Flexibility and team-oriented mindset essential
