We are looking for two full-time Direct Support Facilitators for our Intensive Support Residential Program. This role focuses on fostering independence, skill development, and advocating for clients' rights and well-being. Successful candidates will thrive in a collaborative framework, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to promote dignity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in achieving Person Directed Plans
• Foster independence through skill development




• Advocate for client rights and interests
• Maintain a protected and supportive living environment
• Respond to challenging behaviors using approved strategies

Requirements:
• DSW, SSW, CYW, or related diploma/degree
• Two years' experience in social services
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
• Clean G class driver’s license with insurance
