Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease is offering a 12-month paid Marketing Intern position based in Mississauga. You will support pharmaceutical marketing initiatives across Alexion Canada’s franchises and learn how therapies reach patients and providers.
You will work with cross-functional teams on planning, content development, events, digital marketing, asset management, and performance tracking, with three days on-site per week in a hybrid mode.
