Provide dedicated support as an Overnight Residential Support Worker with LOFT Community Services in Toronto. This role focuses on assisting clients in their recovery journeys through skill development and supportive housing.

In this position, you will contribute to the well-being of residents facing mental health and substance use challenges. We're looking for candidates with at least two years of experience working with vulnerable populations. Engage clients through hands-on support while facilitating connections to essential community services and offering crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build respectful relationships and provide daily living support
• Facilitate house meetings and client engagement activities
• Assist clients in navigating healthcare and social services




• Promote harm reduction and conflict resolution methods
• Maintain accurate program documentation and communication

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in human services or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience with vulnerable populations
• Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
