Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary PSW for assigned clients
• Conduct detailed observations during initial intakes




• Implement Behavioral Support Plans with the team
• Monitor and report on client behavioral changes

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Services or equivalent
• Knowledge of behavioral support principles
• Experience in crisis intervention and problem-solving
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification
