Tim Hortons is seeking an experienced Supervisor dedicated to hospitality. In this part time position, you will assist the Unit Manager and other supervisors in maintaining high operational standards during busy shifts. Your leadership will help to motivate and coach team members while ensuring adherence to Tim Hortons and Compass Group Canada policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Restaurant Manager in team leadership
• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety standards
• Complete shift documentation and enforce food safety practices




• Deliver exceptional guest service leading by example
• Assist in cost control through effective portion management

Requirements:
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible shifts
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passionate about guest service and team building
• Knowledge of relevant food safety regulations
