Home Care Assistance Barrie seeks casual Personal Support Workers to assist our community clients with complex needs. This role requires 3+ years of experience working with youth exhibiting high behaviors, and the ability to drive your own reliable vehicle. Evening and night availability for flexible shifts is essential, bringing valuable support to our clients after school hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide medication management and support
• Facilitate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral assistance




• Drive clients to outings and appointments
• Maintain documentation and communicate with families

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience working with youth
• Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed
• CPI BLUE CARD or Secure Management certification preferred
