As a dedicated Health Care Aide, you will work primarily at the Vermilion Health Centre, supporting residents through personal care and daily living activities. Your role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, assisting nurses, and ensuring the well-being of residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Support organization and completion of recreational activities
• Monitor and report residents' health and well-being




• Maintain a safe and caring environment for residents
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other health professionals

Requirements:
• Active registration with CLHA as a Health Care Aide
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Experience in Long Term Care settings
• Robust English speaking and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
