You will provide expert advice, manage work orders, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers both in-person and via phone
• Offer knowledgeable advice to build trust and loyalty
• Listen to customer concerns regarding vehicle maintenance




• Prepare work orders and review costs with customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service employees

Requirements:
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license for the province of employment
• Experience in a similar role is an asset
