Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka – Parry Sound (CMHAMPS) is seeking a Contract Case Manager for the COAST team in Bracebridge. You will provide intensive case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, crisis intervention and treatment under supervision to individuals with responsible mental illness.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience with mental health, and strong communication skills.
