Carta is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join our North America Contracts team (US and Canada). You will rotate across or specialize within practice areas, supporting lawyers with initial markup of NDAs and commercial contracts, and managing document lifecycles and deadlines.
You will work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client work, with opportunities to progress toward SQE qualification.
