In this full-time position, you will work closely with the Leadership team to effectively reduce shortage through strategic surveillance and professional service. You'll conduct surveillance on the sales floor, utilize CCTV, and adhere to laws regarding apprehensions. Maintaining relationships with law enforcement and internal teams is key for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveillance to deter external theft
• Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents and audits
• Develop relationships with local law enforcement and retailers
• Assist in inventory preparation and shrinkage plans
• Provide continuous employee training on loss prevention
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in asset protection or loss prevention
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
