Share and exchange information with all levels of management.Provide a great candidate experience. Promote MDA employer brand. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts.Participate in strategic Human Resources activities as directedRequirements (experience/skills)Related post-secondary education and 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-tech environmentStrong written and verbal skills in both French and English as this role can support TA Activities across all MDA Space locations across CanadaTechnical recruiting experience in the computer and engineering related field and experience networking in the technology industryCommunicative team player with outstanding interpersonal skillsExperience partnering with managers, interviewers and hiring teams through the hiring processKnowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting practices and techniquesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search processSelf-directed,
