Clean Harbors is seeking a Local Driver/Operator for a permanent position under Union Local 362. This role involves operating a vac truck and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Candidates must be local to Fort McMurray and able to work day and night rotations of 10 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment safely to and from worksites
• Transport hazardous waste to disposal facilities
• Maintain high levels of customer service and client relations
• Complete daily paperwork including risk assessments
• Adhere to Health and Safety practices at all times
Requirements:
• Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License required
• Valid First Aid, H2S Alive, and CSO/CSTS certificates
• Experience with vacuum trucks and hot fluids an asset
• Must be capable of lifting 50lbs regularly
• Local to Fort McMurray
