Job Description: The Community Program Builder works collaboratively with diverse and marginalized community members and organizations to facilitate eventual transition from program supports to self empowerment, independence and community connections.

Twelve (12) months previous life skills/experience orexperience working with family services or social services(ex: culture/recreation, service clubs, inner city/community or school programs)

Grade 12
Competencies
Basic - Communication skills

Knowledge and Abilities
A valid driver's license and licensed/registered vehicle is required.
Ability to work in a group setting
