Six(6)months’relevantexperienceworkinginanadministrativeorofficeenvironment;HumanResourcesexperienceconsideredanasset.
KnowledgeofHumanResourcesprogramsandadministrationtosupportcoordinationofcorporateinitiativesandprovideprojectassistance
Knowledgeofrelevantlegislativeframeworkincludingbutnotlimitedto,EmploymentStandardsAct,OccupationalHealthandSafetyAct,OntarioHumanRightsCode,AccessibilityforOntarianswithDisabilitiesAct,theMunicipalAct
KnowledgeofHRinformationsystemsanddatabasestoaccessdata,gatherappropriateinformationforspecificHR-relatedpurposesandtopreparereports
Proficiencywithcommonofficeproductivitysoftware,suchasMicrosoftWord,Excel,Outlookaswellasotherpresentationanddatabaseapplicationstopreparecorrespondence,reportsandpresentations,andcoordinatemeetings
