AMHS-KFLA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team across the Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington area. The role focuses on treatment, rehabilitation, and supports to individuals with addictions and/or responsible mental illness in community settings.
Responsibilities include coordinating individualized plans, performing assessments, and collaborating with an interprofessional team to enable meaningful self-care and recovery in clients’
