We are looking for a seasoned Interior Designer with over 8 years of experience in Commercial Tenant Improvements. A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and successful NCIDQ completion are mandatory. You will leverage your skills in project management, creativity, and software proficiency to make a significant impact on diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Interior and Tenant Improvement projects
• Define programming requirements with clients
• Deliver exceptional design creativity in projects
• Create engaging presentations for stakeholders
• Prepare detailed 3D models to communicate design intent
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in Commercial Tenant Improvement design
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design school
• Completed NCIDQ and registered as RID
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management and teamwork skills
