The HSSE Administrator reports directly to the HSSE Manager, providing vital administrative support to the Health, Safety, Security, and Workplace team. You will manage databases, training coordination, and compliance systems, contributing to a safe workplace. Ideal candidates will bring organization and attention to detail to elevate the HSSE team's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative help to HSSE Supervisors and Coordinators
• Maintain and update HSSE databases and compliance platforms
• Compile data for internal and external reports




• Coordinate necessary training with construction managers
• Assist with audits related to COR and ISO certification

Requirements:
• ACSA NHSA designation or pursuing NCSO designation
• Minimum 2 years of HSE administrative experience
• Strong understanding of HSMS and compliance legislation
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
