Lead the Brampton location as the Manager of Integrated Employment Services with ACCES Employment. Bring your management expertise to enhance community engagement and oversee impactful employment programs.

In this agile role, you'll report to the Director of Services & Community Engagement, overseeing client service delivery while ensuring Employment Ontario outcomes are met. Your strong leadership in employment services, community partnership development, and exceptional communication skills will be essential in this non-unionized position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all team KPIs and performance targets are achieved
• Train and mentor Employment Consultants and staff
• Manage and supervise all assigned programs and services




• Develop effective outreach strategies for community engagement
• Handle performance reviews and support professional development

Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Human Services, or related field
• 5 years of experience in Human Services
• 3 years of supervisory experience in program management
• Strong knowledge of local labor market trends
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
