WOLF Advanced Technology is seeking a talented full-time SMT Operator to join our in-house manufacturing team. This role is critical to establishing our SMT capability, where you’ll utilize your 5+ years of hands-on experience in SMT processes and workflows. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and run the complete SMT line
• Execute high-speed feeder setups effectively
• Optimize production flow and manage material flow




• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Inspect and validate output to IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards

Requirements:
• 5+ years in SMT manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards
• Proficient in handling ultra-small components
• Experience with SPI, AOI, and reflow ovens
• Troubleshooting skills for production line issues
