Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-focused nursing care within established guidelines
• Mentor current staff and promote best practices in vascular access
• Assess and document patient health status continuously
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for complex care needs
• Develop and evaluate Plans of Care effectively
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with CNO
• Minimum 5 years of IV therapy expertise required
• Current BCLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• Experience in PICC insertion highly desirable
