PME Inc., part of the EllisDon group, is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health and safety in heavy civil and underground utility projects. You will be key in conducting orientations, inspections, and incident investigations, fostering a zero-harm culture. This role involves proactive hazard identification, safety training delivery, and supporting project teams in continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site safety programs in civil construction
• Conduct safety inspections and incident investigations
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and policies




• Identify and mitigate hazards in office
• Organize and deliver various safety training programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in heavy civil projects
• NCSO designation or working towards it
• Strong knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation
• Proven skills in incident investigations and risk assessments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
