Macdonald & Company has been exclusively retained by an established real estate owner/operator to appoint a Senior Property Accountant in the Raleigh-Durham area to own financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial assets. The role reports to the Controller, overseeing full-cycle property accounting, month-end close, and mentorship of a Property Accountant, with opportunities for leadership and process improvement.
