We are hiring BCAK-registered kinesiologists for our active rehab caseload across all five studios. The role bridges clinical care and the gym floor: ICBC active-rehab plans, plus private 1-on-1 work.
Launch Rehab has been independent and clinician-led since 2015, with five studios in Lougheed, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster and North Burnaby.
A multidisciplinary team of 40+ physios, RMTs, chiros, registered acupuncturists, kinesiologists, dietitians and counsellors working from one care plan per client.
We grew because therapists wanted somewhere that respected the clinical decision rather than turning them into a billing line. That has not changed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The clinician profile. Registered with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK)
Comfortable progressing exercise plans for post-MVA, post-surgical and chronic-pain caseloads
Strong technique-coaching and motor-control eye, not just delivering a pre-built program
Comfortable communicating with the referring physiotherapist on plan changes

02 Progress and document exercise programs built by the supervising physiotherapist
03 Real-time technique coaching on every working set
04 Support ICBC active-rehab funding paperwork with admin

SCHEDULE Hours that flex around your life. Full or part-time. Active-rehab demand is highest 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm, so flexibility around those windows is helpful.
