AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will monitor care compliance with established care plans and document resident information diligently. Additionally, you will participate in training and onboarding of new staff while adhering to Infection Prevention and Control policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care according to established care plans
• Document care-related information as required
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings
• Assist in onboarding current team members
• Follow Infection Prevention and Control procedures

Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Knowledge of treatments and bedside care techniques
• Understanding of sanitation and cleaning methods
• Familiarity with geriatric residents’ needs
• Previous relevant experience preferred
