Lead the maintenance team at Rhapsody's current mixed-use development in Toronto. This role focuses on property management, ensuring resident satisfaction through hands-on work and effective team leadership.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Operations Manager and oversee daily operations at 1071 King Street West. Your responsibilities will include supervising technicians, conducting inspections, and maintaining high standards across the property. This is your chance to engage in meaningful problem-solving while keeping the community’s facilities at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance and property readiness needs effectively
• Supervise and direct Assistant Supervisors and Technicians




• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections of residential units
• Track and monitor deficiencies using Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and safety standards

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• 7+ years of maintenance experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with basic tools and trade knowledge
• WHMIS certification preferred
