In this permanent full-time role, you will manage preventive and corrective maintenance interventions while prioritizing tasks based on production needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate maintenance interventions and priorities
• Lead and coach the maintenance team effectively




• Monitor equipment breakdowns and downtime
• Manage compliance with safety and quality standards
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements:
• DEC in Mechanical or Industrial Maintenance
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
• Background in food manufacturing preferred
• Solid leadership and decision-making skills
• Class C electrical license and CMMS experience an asset
