HCR Permanent Search is working with a staffing and workforce solutions organization in St. Thomas, Ontario. They are searching for a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, business development, recruitment activities, client relationships, and financial performance. This role is ideal for a staffing industry professional with robust leadership skills and a proven track record of sales growth and operational success.

Work Setting: Onsite

Location: St. Thomas, ON

Work Type: Permanent

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within the staffing industry.

Proven success in business development and client relationship management.

Knowledge of Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, and HR best practices.

Experience managing branch operations, budgets, and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Manage recruitment, employee development, and client service activities.

Drive business growth through sales and relationship management.

Oversee branch financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with employment, health and safety, and company policies.

Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives.

Manage major customer accounts and support branch growth objectives.

Develop and coach a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
