In this key role reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will manage the professional operation of a Centurion apartment community. With a focus on customer service and relationship building, your mission is to foster a solid sense of community while addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. You will also ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained to meet established standards and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relationships with residents and co-workers
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints courteously




• Market and show apartments; collect applications
• Ensure timely collection of rental payments
• Oversee minor maintenance and keep common areas clean

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in customer service or property management
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to resolve issues
• Excellent follow-up and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects periodically
