• Oversee recruitment processes for Inns North hotels
• Develop job postings and ensure descriptions are current




• Prepare selection criteria and assist with interviews
• Coordinate new hire orientations and relocations
• Provide guidance on the Collective Agreement and legislation
Requirements:
• Minimum five years HR generalist experience
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• CPHR certification or candidate status
