This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Your shifts will be from Tuesday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Saturday from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. In this role, you’ll manage resident inquiries, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and maintain guest privacy while providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with information and directions
• Manage and screen communication effectively
• Schedule vendor access for services
• Perform routine property patrols and safety checks
• Document incidents and follow safety procedures
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience in security or hospitality
