Eglinton Veterinary Facilities is seeking a Client Care / Patient Care Team Member to join our busy and growing veterinary hospital.This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys both client interaction and hands-on patient care. The successful candidate will split their time between supporting our reception team and assisting with patient care throughout the hospital.Veterinary experience is preferred; however, we are willingto train the right individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to learn.ResponsibilitiesClient Care DutiesGreeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalismAnswering multi-line phone systemsScheduling appointments and managing daily bookingsProcessing payments and maintaining accurate client recordsAssisting with client communications, reminders, and follow-up callsUsing Avimark veterinary practice softwarePatient Care DutiesAssisting veterinarians and technicians with patient handling and restraintSupporting hospitalized patient care and monitoringPreparing exam rooms and treatment areasCleaning and sterilizing equipmentMaintaining hospital cleanliness and organizationAssisting with laboratory samples and diagnostic proceduresEnsuring patients receive compassionate and stress-free careQualificationsPrevious veterinary, medical, animal care,
