Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Cleaning the offices and facility
Using cleaning tools and chemicals
Lifting up to 30lbs
Salting Sidewalks, using snowblower
Riding mower, Trimmer,
Assisting Maintenance with Facilities Preventative Maintenance
Must be able to climb a later as needed
Other task as needed by the department
Must be able to self monitor and work unsupervised
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Must have good communication skills
Excellent attendances and punctuality is a must
