Duties
Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality and consistency
Cook menu items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to promote a safe food handling environment
Support the serving staff by preparing dishes promptly for timely delivery to customers
Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are sanitized and ready for use
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage and handling of ingredients




Contribute to a positive team setting by communicating effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
Strong attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
Basic understanding of serving practices and cooking methods is advantageous
Commitment to maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment aligned with food safety regulations
