Lead the creative vision at The Heist as our Motion Creative Director in Toronto. You'll craft stunning motion graphics and collaborate closely with a talented team of designers and clients. In this hands-on role, you'll direct a close-knit team of motion designers, creating impactful 2D and 3D animations for diverse marketing projects.

Your leadership will ensure that every creative vision aligns with our clients’ goals while fostering a team-oriented studio environment. This position combines storyboarding, design, and client engagement seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the motion design team creatively
Create explicit storyboards and polished styleframes
Oversee 2D and 3D animation asset production
Provide actionable feedback to team members
Engage directly with clients for project insights Requirements:
8+ years in motion design with 3+ years in leadership
Robust knowledge of Cinema 4D and Adobe Suite
Experience in creating refined styleframes and storyboards
Familiarity with XParticles and Figma is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills Drive creativity and excellence in motion design projects at The Heist, ensuring each collaboration resonates with clients.
